ADOUKEN was challenged to create a recruitment campaign that would engage with a broad audience of programmers and software developers who, more than anything else, have in common the ability to read and write in languages that, for many others, are encrypted. To truly speak to them, you have to speak their language and beyond the code, there’s a whole world of insights, jokes and cultural references that are unique to this community.

A (not-for-everyone) campaign that explores the vast world of “tech culture” to create content that effortlessly speaks to the targeted audience in their own language. A team of twelve “code experts” in the shape of animated characters, bring the campaign to life in a witty and playful way to extend the brand’s recruitment potential through their social media platforms.

More than a recruitment campaign, this idea quickly became a creative platform for the brand to use as needed - from social media to digital billboards across Europe, from moving image to merchandising, the team has taken over. </IYKYK>
